Check out our Membership Rates.
2.
Fill out the Membership Agreement Form and enter your payment information
(credit cards can only be used for paid in full option). NOTE: Members are
responsible for their expiration date and must make payment on time to keep
membership current. If you don’t want to fill out electronically, print it and bring
during staffed hours (call first).
3.
Fill out and sign the online Waiver Form, or print it and bring during staffed
hours.
4.
Fill out and sign the online Rules and Regulations page, or print it and bring
during staffed hours.
5.
You will be charged $5 for your new key card. Pay for your key card by clicking
here. A key will be mailed to you (by priority mail) within 24 hours of waiver
receipt. You will likely receive your key within 48 hours of emailing waiver. If
you do not receive it within 3 business days, please call.
You must complete all 5 steps or you will not receive a key card to
enter the gym!
